Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for consultations booked through KalyanHo. Since our services are live one-on-one consultations rather than physical goods, refund eligibility is based on timing and whether the consultation has taken place.

1. Cancelling Before Your Consultation

  • If you cancel at least 6 hours before your scheduled consultation time, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If you cancel less than 6 hours before your scheduled time, a 50% cancellation fee applies, and the remainder is refunded.

2. After the Consultation Has Started

The first 2 minutes of every call are complimentary, giving you a chance to confirm the Guru and format are right for you. Once a consultation has proceeded past the first 2 minutes, it is considered delivered and is non-refundable, except in cases covered under Section 3 below.

3. Technical or Service Issues

If a consultation could not take place due to a technical failure on our end, or the assigned Guru did not join within a reasonable time of your scheduled slot, you are entitled to a full refund or a free rescheduled session, whichever you prefer.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times beyond that point are typically due to your bank or card issuer, not KalyanHo.

5. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a consultation once, free of charge, if requested at least 6 hours before your original slot. Contact us to arrange a new time.
